1.1. These Additional Terms of Service govern the use of Pay.MyChauffeurDrive.com, a secure platform for online payments via bank cards for intermediary services related to “Chauffeur-Driven Car Rentals.” This service is provided by MyChauffeurDrive Latin.

1.2. MyChauffeurDrive Latin operates as a booking intermediary, connecting clients with professional transportation providers throughout Latin America. We exclusively facilitate the arrangement between clients (seeking chauffeur-driven transportation) and carriers (providing vehicles and drivers).

1.3. Upon receiving a client’s request, MyChauffeurDrive Latin provides a comprehensive quote detailing all costs, sent directly to the client’s email address provided via the Inquiry Form, Quick Chat, or Contact Form.

1.4. Quotes cover costs such as vehicle rental, chauffeur services, fuel, and applicable local taxes.

1.4.1. Included: Vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, local VAT, tolls.
1.4.2. Excluded: Paid parking, driver meals and accommodation, and any other specific requests unless stated otherwise.

1.5. Once the client approves the quote, MyChauffeurDrive Latin secures a suitable carrier for the trip, negotiating the best price from multiple options.

1.6. After selecting the carrier, the client is required to pay a commission fee via Pay.MyChauffeurDrive.com to finalize the booking. The balance is paid directly to the driver at the time of pick-up, either in cash or by card.

1.7. All commission fees are processed securely through Pay.MyChauffeurDrive.com.

1.8. The Pay.MyChauffeurDrive.com platform is managed by Chauffeur Driven Worldwide SRL, IDNO 1021600037741, headquartered at Chisinau, MD-2051, str. Pelivan Ion, 32/2, and operates under the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

1.9. Users are strongly encouraged to review these Terms of Service thoroughly before using the website or engaging any of the offered services.

1.10. While the site is designed to be safe for minors, it is recommended that parents oversee its use and implement suitable parental controls.

1.11. If you disagree with these Terms of Service, you are advised not to use Pay.MyChauffeurDrive.com or engage with the services provided.

2. Requesting a Quote

2.1. All service inquiries can be made through the Inquiry Form, Quick Jivo Chat, or by emailing office@mychauffeurdrive.com.

2.2. Clients provide their travel details via the MyChauffeurDrive Latin website, https://mychauffeurdrive.mx, to receive a tailored quote sent directly to their email.

2.3. Payments for intermediary services are made through https://pay.mychauffeurdrive.com.
2.3.1. Note: Transportation costs are not included in the intermediary service fee and must be settled directly with the service provider.

2.4. To request a quote, clients must supply an email address, full name, service date, and travel itinerary through the Inquiry Form or Quick Jivo Chat.

2.4.2. A detailed quote will be sent to the client’s email within 24 hours.


3. Payment Procedure

3.1. Once the client agrees to the provided quote, MyChauffeurDrive Latin sends a payment link for the commission fee to confirm the booking.

3.2. The commission fee represents MyChauffeurDrive Latin’s compensation for facilitating the booking.

3.3. The balance for the transportation service is paid directly to the chauffeur service provider upon pick-up, either in cash or by card.

3.4. The driver’s contact information (name and phone number) will be shared with the client via email 24–14 hours prior to the trip.

3.5. Clients must pay the commission fee using a Visa or MasterCard through https://pay.mychauffeurdrive.com.


4. Our Commitments

4.1. Any additional costs, such as extended service hours, must be paid directly to the driver. Rates for extra hours will be shared in advance via email.

4.2. Any additional fees, such as paid parking or extra services, are settled directly with the driver or the carrier via cash or bank transfer as applicable.

4.3. If an English-speaking driver is required, clients must request this in advance via email. While MyChauffeurDrive Latin endeavors to meet such requests, we cannot guarantee English-speaking drivers in all Latin American locations.

4.4. MyChauffeurDrive Latin is responsible for:

  • Providing detailed quotes and clear terms of service.
  • Collecting the commission fee.
  • Delivering the driver’s details and, if necessary, contact information for the dispatcher.

4.4.2. Carrier Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with all legal transportation requirements and holding valid insurance.
  • Punctuality at designated pick-up locations.
  • Immediate client notification in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Client Obligations

5.1. Clients must be ready 5–10 minutes before the driver’s arrival and wait at the specified address. Services begin at the scheduled time, not upon client boarding.

5.2. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in vehicles.

5.3. The driver’s role is strictly transportation-focused and does not include tour guide services.

5.4. Vehicle specifications, including models from Toyota, Mercedes, or VW, adhere to standard configurations. Only vehicle categories (e.g., standard or premium) are guaranteed, not specific models.

5.5. Clients must adhere to the confirmed itinerary and cannot pressure drivers into unauthorized additional services.

5.6. Damage caused by the client to the vehicle will result in additional charges.


6. Airport Waiting Time

6.1. A 30-minute grace period is provided for airport pick-ups. Beyond this, drivers may leave unless otherwise agreed.


7. Communication Policy

7.1. For accuracy and efficiency, we recommend all inquiries and clarifications be made in writing.

7.2. Immediate phone responses may not be possible as vehicle availability and pricing require verification.


8. Payment Terms

8.1. We accept Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards for commission fees via https://pay.mychauffeurdrive.com.


9. Refund Policy

9.1. For vehicles accommodating up to 16 passengers:

  • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours in advance.
  • Later cancellations  or no-shows – no refund.

9.2. For vehicles accommodating 17–50 passengers, refund terms vary by location. Please contact customer support for details.
